The Insurance Authority is an independent insurance regulator to supervise the insurance industry for the promotion of its stability and the protection of policy holders.
Action
Insurance always seems mechanical and objectifying to consumers, so we aimed to soften the message in a more human-oriented approach. We produced a video with a theme of "Imagine As If You're Still a Little Child", which encourages people to unleash their imaginative power like a child and think about a better future for the next generation. It also has a slight touch on the contemporary thoughts towards life planning due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The video starts with real footages depicting a close relationship between a father and a daughter, followed by animation illustrated by Hong Kong artist YU depicting the daughter's extraterrestrial adventure. Jason Chan, a Hong Kong singer known for being a good father, served as the voice-over artist for the video.
Outcome
Combined with the above elements, the video successfully revamped the once boring and hard-selling ambience shown on the client's social media platform. With this video, a sense of childlikeness and sincerity, as well as a completely new atmosphere about the insurance industry were delivered to the audience. It received praise from the audience have reached over 98K views.
